Upgrading
from version 2.5 or lower to version 3.2
All
updates and upgrades are available free with annual support which is a single
low fee per licence held. Any original purchase (not just an additional license)
automatically provides the first year of support free. Support
entitles you to: -
Free email technical support

Any special offers that may be available from time to time

The ability to access phone support for emergencies only (not available without
support)
To
upgrade to version 3.2: -
If your annual support is current (you purchased within the last 12 months) and
you are already running version 3.x then simply select menu item File > Options
and click on the button "Check for updates" to upgrade to the latest
version of 3.x

If your annual support is current (you purchased within the last 12 months) and
you are running version 2.x simply email us requesting an update to version 3.2.
If you are not in your free annual support period, purchase
annual support from our web site.

We will send you your updated registration which allows you to run version 3.2.
- Install
your registration as per to instructions provided in the email
- Download
the latest version by selecting File > Options and click on the "Update
to version 3" button.
If this button is not visible
then first you need to obtain the latest version 2.5 by clicking on the button
"Check for updates" (or it may be called
"Check now"). Then restart SmartRoster and click on the "Update
to version 3" button.
