offered both for evaluations of the latest version and customers who have purchased

Please
note Free support cannot be provided to users of any
version who's support is not current. If you fall into this group, we suggest
you make full use of the User Manual, the Online help (if available), the What's
New page and the full version history
which outline any new features or fixes to previous versions. If you want to get
email technical support either purchase any product,
purchase annual support, or trial the latest product release
(currently version 3.5).
