We charge a fee-per-licence based roughly on the number of people you will be putting into SmartRoster™. If you wish to run SmartRoster on more than one PC you can purchase additional licences at a greatly reduced cost. You can also purchase a Site Licence which allows unlimited persons to be entered, and allows you to install and run SmartRoster on any number of PCs within the same organization. There are no limitations on the number of events, roles, or range of dates that can be created in either the evaluation copy or the licensed copy of SmartRoster.

Once payment is verified we will send your registration key via email. Once registered, it will run indefinitely. If you do not receive your key in a few days, email us in the first instance. Also check your anti-virus/anti-spam/anti-spyware/firewall type software as your key may have been inadvertantly filtered out! If you still do not receive it, try emailing us on an alternate email address.

Trial Extensions

We wish you to have sufficient time to fully test the product before commiting to purchase it. For this reason, if you find you need more time than the normal 30 days, just pop us an email to sales@smartroster.net explaining your need for an extension and in most cases this will be provided!
